Provides insight into which rewards emails were sent, who received them, and if they were opened. Helps you measure engagement and follow up as needed.

How to Use the Analytics Page to Track Rewards Emails #

The Analytics Page gives you a clear view of the emails sent to customers, their email types, and whether they’ve been opened or not.

  1. Navigate to the Analytics page:
  • From the epicApps left sidebar panel, click on Apps → Website Marketing → goLoyalty → Rewards.
  • Select Analytics from the submenu.

  1. View Email Activity

You’ll see a table showing key information:

  • Date Sent – When the email was sent
  • Customer’s Name – Who the email was sent to
  • Customer’s Email – Their email address
  • Email Type – Monthly or Order Confirmation
  • Customer Viewed – Whether the email was opened

  1. Understand the “Customer Viewed” Icons

The eye icon helps you track whether a customer has opened the email:

  • Blue Eye – The customer has opened the email
  • Gray Eye – The customer has not opened the email

This helps you track engagement and follow up with customers if needed.

  1. (Optional) Use the Search and Filters
  • Use the Search Bar to find a specific customer by name or email.
  • Use the Rows per Page dropdown to adjust how many records you see at a time.
  • Use the paginator controls below the table to browse through multiple pages.
