This section lets you customize the confirmation messages that appear when customers submit their review. These messages change depending on whether the customer leaves a high or low rating.
| Tip: Use the Preview button beside the title to see a sample of how your messages will appear. Previewing first helps you get a good sense of what your customers will see before you finalize any edits. |
5.1. High-Rating Feedback Message #
- This message appears when a customer rates 4 or 5 stars.
- Edit the content using the rich text editor (formatting options include alignment, bullets, numbering, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, and Merge Tags ↗).
- Example:
Thank you for your feedback! It’s been copied to your clipboard.
Would you consider pasting it into Google Reviews? We’d really appreciate it!
5.2. Low-Rating Feedback Message #
- This message appears when a customer rates 1 to 3 stars.
- Edit the content using the rich text editor (formatting options include alignment, bullets, numbering, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, and Merge Tags ↗).
- Example:
We’re sorry it wasn’t perfect. Please let us know how we can improve.
