This section shows you how to open the EpicSnap Dashboard and understand the review summary at a glance.

1.1. Navigating to epicSnap Reviews #

1. After logging in to epicApps, from the store dashboard, on the left sidebar panel, click on the Apps → Website Marketing → epicSnap
   
2. You’ll automatically land on the epicSnap Dashboard.

1.2. Understanding the Dashboard Overview #

The Dashboard gives you a quick summary of your store’s review performance:

• Star Rating Breakdown – A table showing all reviews grouped by rating:
  • 5 stars
  • 4 stars
  • 3 stars
  • 2 stars
  • 1 star
    
• Average Star Rating – The overall average rating based on all customer reviews.
• Total Reviews Received – The total number of reviews your store has collected.
• Last Review – The most recent review submitted to your store.
