The epicSnap mobile web app lets you send review requests directly from your phone or tablet. Use it when you want more control over how requests are sent — for example, if you’d like to include a product image (available with manual sending setup).

8.1. Accessing the Mobile Web App #

To get started, open your mobile browser and go to epicsnap.com.

Note: You can also click the eS logo in the epicSnap admin dashboard to open the mobile web app, but we recommend using your mobile browser for the best experience.

8.2. Installing epicSnap on Your Device #

When you first open the mobile web app, you’ll see a pop-up that guides you to add epicSnap to your device. Follow the steps for your device type:

For Android users:

1. Tap the three dots icon in your browser.
2. Select Install App.
3. In the pop-up, click Install.
   

For iOS users (Safari):

1. Tap the Share icon in Safari.
2. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
3. Name the shortcut (e.g., epicSnap) and tap Add.

Once installed, EpicSnap will appear on your home screen like a regular app.

8.3. Logging In #

After installation, open the EpicSnap app from your home screen.

1. Enter your Shop Phrase (set up earlier in Settings).
2. (Optional) Check Remember this device so you don’t need to log in each time.
3. Tap Login to access your orders inbox.
