The epicSnap Reviews Widget lets you showcase your best customer reviews directly on your store pages. By adding this widget, you can highlight recent and high-rated reviews where shoppers make purchase decisions, helping build trust and increase conversions.

Navigating to On-Site Widgets

1. After logging in to epicApps, from the store dashboard, on the left sidebar panel, click on the Apps → Website Marketing → epicSnap
2. Click the On-Site Widgets from the submenu, where you can configure, add, or remove widgets for your store pages.

This section shows you how to manage your Order Reviews Widget — including how to add it to BigCommerce Page Builder, remove it, and set how many reviews to display.

How to Add the Widget to BigCommerce Page Builder #

Step 1: Add the Widget in the epicSnap App

1. On the On-Site Widgets page, set the Number of Reviews to Load in the dropdown to ensure the widget displays the right number of reviews on your store page based on your preference.
   
2. Click Save to apply changes.
3. Click the Add to Page Builder (green) button to add the widget to your BigCommerce page.
   
   • Note: If the button says Remove from Page Builder (red), the widget is already added — no action is needed.
     
4. A small confirmation message will appear on the screen to let you know that the widget was successfully added to the Page Builder.
   

Step 2: Place and Customize the Widget in BigCommerce Page Builder

1. Log in to your BigCommerce store and go to the homepage.
2. Click Design this page in Page Builder in the top-right corner.
3. From the Page Builder left panel, go to Custom and find epicSnap Reviews Widget.
4. Drag and drop the widget into your desired location on the page.
5. Within Page Builder settings, you can customize:
   • Heading Text
   • Colors
   • Number of Reviews to Show At Once (controls how many reviews appear in the slider at a time)
6. Click Save, then Publish to apply changes live on your store.
   

How to Remove the Widget from BigCommerce Page Builder #

1. On the On-Site Widgets page, click the Remove from Page Builder (red) button to remove the widget from your BigCommerce page.

• Note: If the button says Add to Page Builder (green), the widget is not yet added — no action is needed.
  

2. A small confirmation message will appear on the screen to let you know that the widget was successfully removed.

Note: The widget is removed from your Page Builder toolbox, but not deleted from epicSnap — you can always re-add it later.

How to Set the Number of Reviews to Load #

1. On the On-Site Widgets page, locate the Number of Reviews to Load dropdown.
2. Select how many reviews (1-10) you want the widget to display on your store page.
   • Example: Selecting 3 means only 3 reviews will appear at a time.
   • If you select more than 4 reviews, the widget will automatically switch to carousel view so shoppers can scroll through all reviews.
     
3. Click Save to apply your changes.

Tip: You can add multiple widgets across different pages, but avoid placing more than one widget on the same page for best performance.
