Access productAce for the First Time #

After launching from BigCommerce, you’ll arrive in epicApps — the central place where all Epic applications are managed.

From here, you can open productAce anytime.

To open eLocate:

1. In the left sidebar, click Apps.

2. Select Products & Design.

3. Click productAce.

You’ll land on the App Overview page.

The overview introduces what productAce does and helps you get familiar with the app before setup.

When you’re ready, go to productAce in the sidebar to start creating your product merchandising features.
