Pop Card Settings #

Pop Card Settings contain the basic information and display options for your Pop Card.

To access Pop Card Settings:

1. Open the Pop Card you want to edit.
2. Select Settings from the left menu.

From here, you can manage:

  • Pop Card name
  • Display location
  • Page targeting
  • Internal notes

Configure Pop Card Settings #

Fill in the available fields:

  • Pop Card Name — Pre-filled with the name you entered earlier. You can update it at any time.

This name is for internal use only and helps you identify the Pop Card later when managing multiple campaigns.

  • Pop Card Type — Displays the format selected during setup (Text, Image, or Text with Image).
🗒️ Note: This field cannot be changed here. To select a different format, click Back and return to the Create a New Pop Card screen.

  • Internal Notes (Optional) — Add notes or reminders for yourself and your team.

Examples:

  • Holiday Campaign Pop-Up
  • Black Friday Signup Form
  • Summer Sale Announcement

Customers will not see these notes.

💡 Tip: Internal Notes are especially useful when managing multiple campaigns at the same time.

  • Pop Card Displayed — Choose where the Pop Card should appear:
    • Every Page
    • Home
    • Checkout
    • Custom Page

If you select Every Page, Home, or Checkout, no additional setup is required.

If you select Custom Page, you’ll see extra field/s to add specific page links:

💡 Tip: When adding a custom page, use the full URL (including https://) to ensure the Pop Card displays on the correct page.
  • Each input field has an Delete button beside it. Click this if you want to remove that page.
  • You can add as many custom pages as you need by clicking the add (plus) button.

💡 Tip: Use Custom Page when targeting specific campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, or product launches.
💡 Tip: Use Preview at any time to see how your Pop Card looks while building it.
🗒️ Note: If you’re continuing with the next Pop Card setup section, you can move to the next tab and save later. If you’re finished making changes in this section, click Save to keep your updates.
