Rewards Email Analytics help you track rewards email activity and customer engagement.

You can use this section to:

  • review sent rewards emails
  • see which customers received emails
  • track whether emails were opened
  • monitor engagement with Monthly and Order Confirmation emails

Navigate to Rewards Email Analytics

  • From the left sidebar, click: Apps β†’ Website Marketing β†’ goLoyalty β†’ Rewards
  • Click Analytics


How to Use the Analytics Page:

1. View Email Activity

The Analytics table displays:

  • Date Sent – When the email was sent
  • Customer’s Name – Who the email was sent to
  • Customer’s Email – Their email address
  • Email Type – Monthly or Order Confirmation
  • Customer Viewed – Whether the email was opened

2. Understand the β€œCustomer Viewed” Icons

The Customer Viewed column uses icons to show whether the email was opened.

  • Blue Eye – The customer has opened the email
  • Gray Eye – The customer has not opened the email

This helps you track engagement and follow up with customers if needed.

3. (Optional) Use the Search and Filters

  • Use the paginator controls below the table to browse through multiple pages.
  • Use the Search Bar to find a specific customer by name or email.
  • Use the Rows per Page dropdown to adjust how many records you see at a time.
