To Create a Reward Tier

1. On the Rewards page, select Advanced.
2. Click Add New
3. Fill in the following fields:

  • Rewards Name (example: “Silver Tier”)
  • Min Amount (example: $10)
  • Max Amount (example: $100)
  • Reward % (example: 2%)
⚠️ Important: Avoid overlapping reward ranges. For example, if one tier ends at $100, start the next tier at $101. Overlapping ranges may cause incorrect reward calculations.

Optional: Add a Maximum Reward Limit

Set the maximum store credit customers can receive for this tier.

1. Enable the checkbox:
“Check to set a limit on how much you want this reward to give back.”
2. Enter the maximum reward amount

Example: Set a maximum reward limit of $50

This cap ensures that even if customers spend a large amount, they will only receive up to the set maximum reward limit.

3. Click Save
