goLoyalty Merge Tags

Merge Tags are dynamic placeholders that automatically insert customer or store information into your messages.

They help personalize storefront messages and emails without manually editing content for each customer.

For example:

  • [Customer's Name] automatically displays the customer’s name
  • [Store Name] displays your store name
  • [Reward Percentage] displays the configured reward value
