Manage On-Site Widgets #

The epicSnap Reviews Widget lets you showcase your best customer reviews directly on your store pages. By adding this widget, you can highlight recent and high-rated reviews where shoppers make purchase decisions, helping build trust and increase conversions.

To access Messages On Review Page 

1. Open epicSnap Reviews.
2. Select On-Site Widgets from the left menu.

Orders Review Carousel #

This section shows you how to manage your Order Reviews Widget — including how to add it to BigCommerce Page Builder, remove it, and choose how many reviews to display.

Add the Widget to BigCommerce Page Builder #

Step 1 – Add the Widget in the epicSnap App

1. Choose the Number of Reviews to Load from the dropdown to decide how many reviews the widget should load.
2. Click Save to apply changes.
3. Click the Add to Page Builder (green) button to add the widget to your BigCommerce page.

🗒️ Note: If the button already shows Remove from Page Builder, the widget has already been added to your BigCommerce Page Builder — no action is needed.

A confirmation message will appear once the widget has been added successfully.

Step 2 – Place and Customize the Widget in BigCommerce Page Builder

1. Log in to your BigCommerce store and go to the homepage.
2. Click Design this page in Page Builder in the top-right corner.
3. From the Page Builder left panel, go to Custom and find epicSnap Reviews Widget.
4. Drag and drop the widget into your desired location on the page.
5. From the Page Builder settings, you can customize:

  • Heading Text
  • Colors
  • Number of Reviews to Show At Once (choose how many reviews are displayed at one time.)

6. Click Save, then Publish to apply changes live on your store.

💡 Tip: Place your review widget where shoppers naturally look for reassurance, such as your homepage, product pages, or near purchase decisions. Showing reviews at the right moment can help customers feel more confident before buying.

Remove the Widget from BigCommerce Page Builder #

1. On the On-Site Widgets page, click the Remove from Page Builder (red) button to remove the widget from your BigCommerce page.

🗒️ Note: If the button shows Add to Page Builder (green), the widget hasn’t been added to Page Builder yet — no action is needed.

A confirmation message will appear once the widget has been removed successfully.

🗒️ Note: The widget is removed from your Page Builder toolbox, but not deleted from epicSnap — you can always re-add it later.

Set the Number of Reviews to Load #

1. On the On-Site Widgets page, locate the Number of Reviews to Load dropdown.

2. Select how many reviews (1–10) you want the widget to display on your store page.

  • Example: Selecting 3 means only 3 reviews will appear at a time.
  • If you select more than 4 reviews, the widget will automatically switch to carousel view so shoppers can scroll through all reviews.

3. Click Save to apply your changes.

💡 Tip: You can add review widgets to different pages across your store, but avoid placing more than one widget on the same page for the best performance.
🗒️ Note: Selecting more than 4 reviews automatically enables carousel mode.Remember to save your changes after updating your widget settings. Otherwise, your changes won’t appear on your live store.
