Customize Feedback Messages on Review Page #
This section lets you customize the confirmation message customers see after submitting a review. The message changes automatically depending on whether the customer leaves a high or low rating, allowing you to provide a more personalized follow-up experience.
To access Messages On Review Page
1. Open epicSnap Reviews.
2. Select Messages on Review Page from the left menu.

High-Rating Feedback Message #
- This message appears when a customer rates 4 or 5 stars.
- Customize the message using the rich text editor. You can format your text with alignment, bullets, numbering, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, and Merge Tags.

Thank you for your feedback! It’s been copied to your clipboard.
Would you consider pasting it into Google Reviews? We’d really appreciate it!
Low-Rating Feedback Message #
- This message appears when a customer rates 1 to 3 stars.
- Customize the message using the rich text editor. You can format your text with alignment, bullets, numbering, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, and Merge Tags.

We’re sorry it wasn’t perfect. Please let us know how we can improve.
